ST. PETERSBURG, FL – February 22, 2008. Michael Spreckelmeier of Progressive Builders, Inc- Fort Myers, FL has been presented with a 1st Place award for a renovation submitted in the “Residential Addition over $250,000” category. The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Tampa Bay chapter announced the winners for the 2008 West Coast Remodeling Awards at its annual Evening of Excellence held February 22, 2008 in St. Petersburg, Fla. Remodeling projects in more than 20 categories were submitted for judging to a panel of professional remodelers and designers. The winning projects represent the best in residential and light commercial remodeling projects. 
Progressive Builders, Inc NAMED TO 2007 QUALIFIED REMODELER TOP 500 for the 4th consecutive year.
August 8, 2007 (Fort Atkinson, WI) – Progressive Builders, Inc. has been named to the 2007 Top 500 list of remodeling firms by Qualified Remodeler Magazine for the 4th consecutive year. The annual listing is published to recognize remodeling firms that meet the magazine’s criteria, such as annual sales, years in business, community service and others.
Progressive Builders, Inc. also received special star recognition for charity involvement, volume sales and staff certification.
The annual Top 500 list will be published in the September 2007 issue of Qualified Remodeler and also on their website.
Spreckelmeier which founded Progressive Builders, Inc. in 1989 believes that the secret to his success has been the company’s Mission Statement, which is "To provide the very best remodeling experience possible. Winning companies are featured in the May issue of REMODELING magazine.

Progressive Builders, Inc. has been named to the 2007 Top 500 by Qualified Remodeler Magazine. The annual list is published in their September issue to recognize remodeling firms for outstanding success in terms of annual sales volume for the previous year, number of years in business, community service and professionalism shown by association participation and employee certification. Data for firms listed on the Qualified Remodeler Top 500 is provided by companies and verified by accounting firms, certified public accountants, banks and suppliers. This is the second year that Progressive Builders, Inc. has received this prestigious award.
Founded in 1989, Progressive Builders, Inc. is a full-service remodeling company located in Fort Myers, Florida.
